They can be used to apply slips, glazes, underglazes, oxide washes and wax resist to pottery at both the green and bisque stage. They’re a great decorating tool to add to your creative process and tool box.
They’re extremely versatile and because they’re made from industrial grade sponge they will last for many years if cared for properly.

SHIPPING: The stamps need to be mailed in a box so they don’t get squished during transport. If they are compressed for too long they can permanently lose their shape thus the necessity for a box.

These six sponge stamps are inspired by Henri Matisse’s paper cut outs. Late in his life, after he stopped painting, he devoted himself exclusively to making large-scale paper cutouts and drawings. These stamps are drawn from his paper cut out flowers. Each stamp is approximately 1 - 1 ½“.
